GEAR UP coordinators Cori Allen and Leslie Hamilton hosted another Career Cafe at Buhl Middle School on January 28th. Middle school students interested in computer science careers had lunch and listened to presenters Ryan Jund, Jason Torgrimson and RD Van Noy from Clear Springs Foods' IT department. BMS computer science teacher Terry Silveus, as well as GEAR UP community mentors, Jack Hamilton, Tom McCauley and Christine Welch were in attendance as well.

The coordinators will be scheduling more Career Cafes throughout the rest of the school year to involve students in learning about professions they may be interested in pursuing.
