BHS Aquaculture Class

Buhl High School agriculture students in the Aquaculture science class are learning about raising fish hands-on. With help from the College of Southern Idaho Aquaculture program, the class has about 250 rainbow trout that students feed and care for each day. In addition, Buhl High School is one of very few schools in the state to be allowed to raise Snake River white sturgeon. There are 50 on site that students will learn about and help raise.

Instructor Mr. Jones would like to thank the College of Southern Idaho, Cap Ed Credit Union, and Rangen Inc. for their support of the aquaculture program.
