Day 1 will consist of 2 training sessions for the entire camp. Coaches will be able to work with their teams and have them receive position specific instruction for two sessions from Idaho State's coaching staff and athletes. Matches will be played over day 2 & 3, giving your team the best of both worlds - great training and great competition
This camp is designed to give coaches and players the opportunity to work together before the start of their high school seasons. Campers will be able to play multiple matches per day, spend valuable time with their teammates, play against teams they probably wouldn't see in their high school seasons, and have the chance to play in Idaho State University facilities as well as check out the beautiful ISU campus. Coaches will be able to see the team's strengths and weaknesses before their season starts. These camps will give the coaches the chance to work and talk about some of the things the team can work on and actually put it into action - it will be a great jump start into the season. Coaches will also have the chance to meet and interact with head coach Sammi Stuart. They will be able to ask all sorts of questions - from technical skills training to coaching philosophy. Team building activities will also be offered if you are interested in building team cohesiveness and leadership. We are striving for a competitive environment that will allow your teams to learn and grow and enjoy playing volleyball.
